1. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping time: 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday)

Total delivery time: 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday)

Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

2. What are the shipping costs?

To enhance your shopping experience, Style Drape offers free shipping throughout USA.

3. Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship to addresses within USA.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request.

5. How can I return an item?

Send an email to our customer service at styledrape8@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

6. Can I exchange an item?

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged.
If you'd like to replace the item with the same product, please contact us by email to discuss the exchange process.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Customers can change their delivery address by contacting our customer service within 24 hours of placing their order.
Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

The customer is responsible for verifying that the address entered at the time of purchase is correct.

After assessment, we may offer compensation, refund or credit, depending on the case.

You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email.
